Shrimp and Chorizo tagiatelle with tomato sauce

Ingredients:

  • 200 g shrimp

  • smaller piece of chorizo

  • ½ onion

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 1 small can chopped tomato

  • 0.5 dl white wine

  • Salt,pepper,chilli flakes

  • Cheese


Cooking method:

Sautee the chopped onion and garlic for a few minutes,cut the chorizo into slices then add it to the onion,then the wine.simmer for 1-2 minutes(to reduce the wine) then add the prawn,in a few minutes when the prawn turned pink add the chopped tomato and simmer it slowly for about 5 min.

Add the boiled pasta and serve it with a little extra cheese
