ingredients:
for the mussels&clams:
mussel
clam
1 shallot finely chopped
small glass of white wine
for the octopus:
octopus
salt,pepper corn,bay leaves
for the tomato sauce:
1 200 g can chopped tomato
2 garlic cloves
1/2 onion
1 small carrot grated
salt,pepper,basil
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 cup water

cooking method:
clean the octopus,simmer it in water with the salt,pepper corn and bay leaves for about 2 hrs(depends on the size of your octopus).Cut it up to desired pieces,and grill it before you serve it.
For the tomato sauce add the finely diced onion,garlic and grated carrot to a pan and soften them on a little oil for a few minutes then add the tomato with the juice.season it with salt,pepper and basil,add the water and boil it for 8-10 min.
For the clam and the mussels prepare 2 separate pots,saute the shallot for a few minutes,then add wine then the cleaned mussels/clams,season with salt and pepper.Steam it with a lid on for about 5 min,until they are open(the ones did't open don't eat).
For the samphire,melt a little butter in a pan and saute the samphire on low heat for a few minutes.
Serve all the ingredients hot,garnish with parmesan.
