Ingredients:
beef (top round or any part suitable for cooking)
Potatoes
for the sauce:
200 g cheery (fresh or canned,without pitted)
4 pcs of cloves
50 g flour
pinch of salt
200 g sour crème
2 dl water
25 g sugar
pinch of cinnamon
1 tsp lemon

Cooking method:
Put the whole beef on to boil,depending on the size 1.5-2 hrs,until soft and tender but doesn’t fall apart.
For the sauce boil the water and add the cloves,cinnamon,lemon juice,salt and sugar.When it is boiling add cherry,let it boil up again then on the side in a bowl mix the sour crème with the flour and some water ,then when it’s all mixed well add it slowly with constant steering to the cherry base,simmer for a few minutes on low heat until it becomes a thick creamy sauce.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes,boil it in salty water.
Then cut the beef to equal slices and serve it hot with the potato and the sauce.
