Asian style tofu with rice

Ingredients:

  • 350 g tofu

  • 2-3 tbs corn flour

  • 2-3 tbs kecap mains(sweet soy sauce)

  • 2-3 tbs hoisin sauce

  • 2 tbs sweet chilli sauce

  • garlic

  • coriander(fresh)

  • sesame seeds

  • sesame oil

  • oil for frying


Cooking method:

Drain the tofu,cut it up to cubes and coat them with the corn flour(just mix the tofu cubes with the corn flour in a big bowl),fry them in a pan for a few minutes until the tofu is golden brown.In a frying pan saute the garlic for a minute then add the fried tofu,add the sauces and mix gently in the pan while frying on medium heat for a few minutes.


Serve with basmati rice,garnish with sesame seeds and coriander
