Coconut energy balls

ingredients:

  • 1 cup walnut

  • 1 cup dates

  • 1/3 cup shredded coconut plus for coating

  • 2 tsp cocoa powder





cooking method:

Grind the walnuts in a food processor,set aside,then grind the dates(add some water if it is too dry).In a bowl mix the walnuts with the dates,add the coconut and the cocoa powder.Have some more shredded coconut in a plate,add a teaspoon of the mix and roll balls from it(if you try to shape without the coconut the mixture is sticky and messy)

Leave in the fridge for an hour,then enjoy!
