ingredients:
300 ml double cream
10 dkg caster sugar
1 lemon
Sponge fingers
Blackberry
Cooking method:
To a pan add the cream and the sugar,mix it well,then add zest and juice of the lemon.On low heat bring the mixture to a slow gentle simmer,leave it to simmer for 1-2 min then let it cool.
When it is luke warm only add it to dish or glass,add the sponge finer,then place in the fridge for about 3 hrs to set.Serve with blackberries(or any fruit)
