Fried tofu with asian style noodels

Ingredients:

  • 350 g tofu

  • 2-3 tbs Corn flour

  • 2-3 tbs Kecap mains(sweet soy sauce)

  • 2-3 tbs hoisin sauce

  • 2 tbs sweet chilli sauce

  • garlic

  • coriander(fresh)

  • sesame seeds

  • sesame oil

  • teriyaki sauce

  • oil for frying

  • asian style noodles

Cooking method:

Drain the tofu,cut it up to cubes and coat them with the corn flour(just mix the tofu cubes with the corn flour in a big bowl),fry them in a pan for a few minutes until the tofu is golden brown,then mix with sweet chilli sauce and set aside.In a frying pan saute the garlic for a minute then add the sauces and mix gently in the pan for a minute then add thick asian noodles.

Serve hot with the tofu,garnish with coriander and sesame seeds.
