Ingredients:
200 g flour(can be self raising flour)
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbs baking soda
1 egg
300 ml milk (can use plant based milks)
2 tbs butter
150 g blueberry
oil for frying
honey/maple syrup and extra butter for serving

cooking method:
Mix the dry ingredients (if you are using self raising flour leave out the baking soda)then mix the egg with the milk,then whisk it all together,add the (almost fully melted)butter,make a smooth pancake batter.Gently mix in the blueberries.
On medium low heat fry the pancakes on a little oil,I use 1 big tbs batter but make any size you like,takes about 2-3 min per side(after you pour it in the pan,2-3 min and it should become bubbly,then turn),until golden brown.
Serve hot with extra blueberry,butter,honey,or maple syrup and any kind of fruit.
