ingredients for the crust:
150 g graham crackers ( or tea biscuits)
2-3 tbs of sugar(can be brown sugar)
3-4 tbs butter
ingredients for the filling:
1 can(400g)condensed milk
3 tbs sour cream
2 egg yolk
juice of 2 lime (can be more or less for taste)
zest of 1 lime(can be more or less for taste)

cooking instructions:
for the crust:
crush the crackers in the blender then add melted butter and sugar,pulse until finely mixed,until becomes crumbs.Press crumbs on your pie plate,firmly press it down evenly.Bake 6-8 min on 180 C oven,then let it cool before you pour the filling in it.
for the filling:
Mix all the ingredients and beat it with the mixer for about 2 min.Bake in a pre heated oven for 15-20 min(175-180C)don't let it brown.
If you want the meringue on top,while the pie is in the oven beat the 2 egg whites with sugar until firm,a few minutes before the pie is ready,take it out,and style the meringue on top any way you want,bake it on lower heat (about 150C)for another few minutes,until the meringue lightly brown on top.
